We are here to underpin your arrangements with flair and efficiency. Our preparations are meticulous, taking care of all your chores, to give you the freedom to enjoy your event.

1st Aspirations is an events management company that provides churches, charitable organisations, local companies and private individuals with the means to improve their circumstances around them or to inspire people by creating that occasion and making it special. We understand that important event for whatever reason, whether it is to fund raise to acquire bigger premises; refurbish existing properties; help underprivileged children/adults or creating that memorable occasion and making it a reality, can be taxing and the logistics involved are overwhelming. You may have thought about putting on a dinner and dance event, a theatre production, a spectacular celebration party, a prom for the teens or a music concert, but do not have the resources or time to get the idea up and running. Do you need sponsors and do you have enough volunteers to match the event that you’re trying to put on? If someone falls ill at the last minute, do you have someone to replace them?

We can help you plan your daytime or evening event from start to finish.  During the process, you can be as involved or as hands-off as you wish. Our primary aim is to be there to help your event run smoothly, with minimum effort and maximum pleasure for you and the entertainment of your guests.

Whatever your requirements from setting up a registration system and area, finding the venue, setting up a reception area to receive your guests or delegates, table planning, sponsorships, decorating the room & tables, ushering people to their seats, manning the buffet, or serving guests at their table - we are here to provide you a service.

We offer a free 1-hour consultation, either face-to-face, online virtual meeting or via the telephone, to ensure the details of your wishes are recorded. We will review the premises you wish your event to take place and get an insight into what facilities are on site. This will be followed up with an email outlining what was discussed and which of our services you have opted for. Prior to the event taking place, we will visit your site and undertake a full risk assessment.

It is our aim at 1st Aspirations to alleviate the burden of organising your events. 1st Aspirations caters for all sizes, from 10 to 1,000 people. For us, the number of participants is irrelevant, we are happy whatever the size of your event! What matters most, is that your occasion is individual and reflects the culture and feel of you or your organisation.  Your guests will be excited to participate in a memorable and enjoyable event, knowing that their money is going to a great cause.
